​SECURITY INFORMATION:

If you park your car in your driveway, be sure to lock it and do not leave any valuables or your garage door opener inside.

​

On occasion, objects are seen in our main parking lot left by "visitors" from the night before. If you can, please dispose of what's there. If you are unable, please alert a board member.  It's important that we appear to not tolerate such activity.

 

The HOA Board urges residents to take steps to protect themselves against mail theft and pick up their mail daily and to install the post office Informed Delivery App found at https://informeddelivery.usps.com.  If you are expecting something to be delivered of personal value, be sure to pick up your mail that day.

One of the most effective ways to increase security is to leave your front lights on from dusk to dawn. This is easily accomplished with a light switch/timer or dusk to dawn LED bulbs. Also, if you leave your car in your driveway, don't forget to lock the doors.

RULES REMINDERS:

Please remove your waste containers from the curb and store inside by 10pm on collection day

Replant empty pots or store them out of sight

As temperatures drop, make sure exterior hose spigots have covers

​Residents are responsible for routine cleaning of decks, walkways, patios, exterior doors and light fixtures. Also, any cracks seen on 2nd floor decks need to be reported to the HOA for repair to prevent water leakage
